You should be hearing today’s presenters through the speakers on your PC and viewing slide changes in the webcast player as our speakers move through the presentation.


I can’t hear the audio or see the video.

1.   If you cannot hear the webcast but know that your computer has audio enabled, please confirm that your speakers are un-muted and that your audio has been turned up.

2.   Please close the webcast player and re-launch it.

3.   Please ensure that you have the latest version of Flash installed.

I hear audio but it seems to be cutting in and out periodically.

If there is a global issue with this event that is affecting the audio quality or other functions you will be notified by today’s moderator. If you have heard no announcement in the webinar regarding audio issues, this may be a problem with your network.
