Steven practises commercial real estate, with a special emphasis on the purchase and sale of commercial and industrial properties, financings for both lenders and borrowers, and commercial leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants. He also specializes in mining lands and riparian, and water law. Steven has acted on the purchase, sale and financing of properties across Canada and the United States.

Joel's practice focuses on real estate development, corporate/commercial and mining law. He represents local, national and international based clients and both public and private companies.

Julie has over 15 years of expertise in matters pertaining to real estate, acquisitions and sales, mortgage loans, real estate development and commercial leasing, as well as in several areas of commercial law.

Alain is the team leader of Montréal's Real Estate Group and has been practising in this area for more than 20 years. Over that time he has developed expertise in real estate financing; securitization; acquisitions and sales of individual properties and portfolios; land and project developments and commercial leasing. He also advises oil companies and telecommunication companies in the real estate sector on a wide range of legal issues related to their major projects.

Darren practises in the areas of commercial real estate and development and business law. He acts for a number of developers, lenders and various general business clients. He has represented clients with the purchase of various real estate assets including bare land, industrial buildings, office towers and shopping centres. In addition, he advises clients with respect to the development of the properties and financing arrangements.
