David MacDonald
President, CEO and Director
Since 2001, Mr. MacDonald has led the transformation of Softchoice from a software direct marketer to one of North America's largest providers of technology solutions and services. This work has included the integration of five acquisitions and the formation of a senior leadership team responsible for the company's transition to a full solutions business model, including the provisioning of technical architecture, design and implementation services.
During his tenure, Softchoice has been named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces six times in a row, reflecting Mr. MacDonald’s passion for employee development and his ardent support of Softchoice Cares - a thriving philanthropic organization that promotes computer literacy around the world. Mr. MacDonald is active on a number of partner advisory councils, including Cisco, Microsoft and HP. As the Chair of the Board of Governors for the Information Technology Association of Canada, Mr. MacDonald is also deeply involved in promoting innovation and technology adoption in the Canadian public and private sectors. Prior to joining Softchoice, Mr. MacDonald held senior global executive roles over an 18 year career at Xerox Corporation.

Steve Leslie
SVP of Sales
As the Senior Vice President of Sales, Mr. Leslie is responsible for the management of Softchoice’s sales organization. Prior to assuming his current position in early 2007, Mr. Leslie was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this capacity, Mr. Leslie played a key role in enhancing Softchoice's account coverage strategy and integrating the Company’s sales and marketing efforts at both a national and local level. Under his guidance, the Company's sales force has become one of the most capable and productive organizations of its kind.
Prior to joining Softchoice, Mr. Leslie spent more than 15 years at Xerox in progressively senior roles in sales, marketing and strategy. His last assignment was Vice President of Sales Operations for Xerox Global Services. A St. Mary's University Alumni with a degree in Commerce, Mr. Leslie draws upon more than 18 years of field expertise to continue driving Softchoice's exceptional record of growth.

Nick Foster
SVP Business Development
Nick Foster is responsible for the development of the Company’s go-to-market strategy and enhancing Softchoice’s strategic value to customers through the coordination of internal presales and marketing resources. Prior to this role, Mr. Foster served as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and successfully led the integration of three companies, dramatically increasing the scope of Softchoice’s offerings and reach in the North American marketplace.
Since joining the Company in 1994, Mr. Foster has performed a variety of senior management roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President North American Operations and a previous tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Foster holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Commerce from the University of Alberta (1982).

Kevin Wright
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
As Softchoice's VP and CIO, Mr. Wright is responsible for continuing the Company's history of innovation through the ongoing support and development of Softchoice's IT infrastructure. His duties include overseeing improvements made to the reliability, flexibility and efficiency of Softchoice's systems, both internally and through the Softchoice Web tools.
Mr. Wright joined Softchoice from GE IT Solutions where for the past 6 years he served in a variety of senior operations and IT management roles. Most recently as VP of IT services, Mr. Wright managed a number of teams, including those responsible for Web development, Oracle applications and business analyses. Prior to GE IT Solutions, Mr. Wright acquired valuable operations experience as a planning and materials manager for Sidus Systems Inc.
