Cindy Gordon, CA, CPCC Cindy Gordon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of the owner-managed business from almost 20 years as a Chartered Accountant in public practice. As an accountant, her professional experiences focused on assisting business owners grow their business through run-of-the-mill consulting techniques. It became very obvious how these techniques were not always effective in bringing about successful change. To better serve her clients, Cindy searched for alternative techniques and found the power of Co-Active Coaching. The tools she acquired in her coaching training gave her the capacity to assist business leaders in uncovering what strategies would work for them but also gain an understanding of what stops them from achieving higher levels of success. She saw how coaching helped bring her clients the needed awareness to facilitate the positive changes they were hoping for. Today, Cindy focuses her coaching practice on working with companies and individuals to unlock the secrets of loving Monday. She combines her coaching skills and business experience to lead fun and powerful one-on-one and group learning sessions that awakens her clients to the alignment of their compelling personal and corporate missions and values. Cindy has been interviewed on Rogers Cable, The Coaches Connection (an Internet talk show) and for American Airlines in-flight services. She is a contributor for Canada's Globe & Mail newspapers Ask a Career Expert series. Cindy has a Bachelor of Commerce and Chartered Accountancy degrees from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. She received her coaching training through the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. Cindy also has extensive training in team and relationship coaching from the Centre for Right Relationships in Vallejo, California. |
