Eileen Chadnick
Eileen Chadnick is an Adler Certified Professional Coach and an Accredited Business Communicator. She is principal of Big Cheese Coaching and specializes in emotional intelligence coaching for leaders of all levels. Through coaching, workshops, consulting and communications, Eileen helps inspire TGIM (Thank goodness it’s Monday ― and more) attitudes, aptitudes and altitudes for people and organizations who want to get the most from their work and life. She focuses on mandates related to leadership development, employee engagement, corporate culture, communications, career management and work-life engagement. Eileen is certified and credentialed by Adler International Learning, the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the International Association of Business Communicators. She is also certified to provide emotional intelligence assessments (individual and 360) which are integrated into her coaching work. In addition to coaching, Eileen’s professional communications experience spans more than 19 years. Earlier in her career, she worked with two of Canada’s leading PR agencies, a Canadian bank and a financial services payment organization. She established her own company in 1998 and has worked with a range of clients from various sectors, with particular bench strength in financial services, including Financial Planners Standards Council whom has engaged her services for the past six years.
