Christianne Paris
Christianne Paris has worked for the Royal Bank since 1988 upon completion of her MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business. She received her B.A. Honours in Anthropology at McGill in 1981. Christianne started as an Account Manager in Business Banking in Montreal – working in several commercial lending positions. Due to her fluency in Spanish, Christianne had the opportunity to serve as the Royal Bank Representative in Caracas, Venezuela for a year. Upon returning to Montreal she became Deputy Vice President, Commercial Markets and was later promoted to Vice President – Group Risk Management for Eastern Canada. After two years she moved to Toronto where she held the position of Vice President Group Risk Management – Personal and Business Clients Canada – responsible for setting Personal and Business policies and processes. She also had the chance to head up the Recruitment and Learning function and recently joined the Business Financial Services team heading up the Client Strategies for both Small Business and Commercial.
