James Lusby
is a Partner in the Mining practice of PwC's Audit and Assurance Group in Toronto. His client work includes audits of a number of Canadian and US public mining companies including the audit of internal control over financial reporting. James' clients include both large multinational mining companies as well as small junior mining sector companies. James is an IFRS sector champion and assisted several mining companies in their conversion to IFRS through 2011. He has also taught several courses on the impact of IFRS on the mining industry including having authored the CICA's course for "IFRS in the mining industry". James qualified as a chartered accountant in England in 2000 and obtained his Ontario designation in 2004. He went to The University of Birmingham where he obtained his BSocSc in Economics.

Sean is a Chartered Accountant and a partner in the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he is a Canadian member of the Global\Accounting Consulting Services group. He has more than 15 years of experience in providing professional services in Canada and the United States. Sean works with a large number of domestic and international clients in providing both technical and implementation support on IFRS and US GAAP. Sean advises companies across all industries with a current focus on energy, mining technology and consumer / industrial products.
