James Lusby is a Partner in the Mining practice of PwC's Audit and Assurance Group in Toronto. His client work includes audits of a number of Canadian and US public mining companies including the audit of internal control over financial reporting. James' clients include both large multinational mining companies as well as small junior mining sector companies. James is an IFRS sector champion and assisted several mining companies in their conversion to IFRS through 2011. He has also taught several courses on the impact of IFRS on the mining industry including having authored the CICA's course for "IFRS in the mining industry". James qualified as a chartered accountant in England in 2000 and obtained his Ontario designation in 2004. He went to The University of Birmingham where he obtained his BSocSc in Economics. |
