Sonja Jensen Sonja Jensen, Senior Recruitment Consultant, joined Higher Resources Inc. after more than four years as a Management Consultant with a boutique consulting firm in Vancouver. She specialized in working with Professional Services Firms in the areas of strategic planning, performance improvement and leadership development. Prior to her consulting, Sonja worked in Non-Profit for six years focusing in the areas of mental health, community outreach programming and organizational development. Sonja holds a BA in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and is an active member of a number of Vancouver’s networking associations. She has sat on the Boards of eWomenNetwork, the Downtown Networking Association and is currently a Director on the Board of the Take A Hike Youth At-Risk Foundation, an alternative education program that engages at-risk Vancouver youth through a unique combination of adventure-based learning, academics, counseling, and community involvement. Throughout Sonja’s career, she has been committed to building quality, long-term relationships and connecting people who she believes can benefit both personally and professionally from knowing each other.
