Brian Wilson
Brian J. Wilson B.COMM (1971), LL.B. (1974), C.A. (1978) Partner, Wilson, Vukeliich Brian's areas of practice include domestic and international tax planning for individuals and businesses. He has written and spoken extensively to various business and professional groups including the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Tax Foundation and York University. He is the co-author of several CICA publications including The Accountant's Manual, Tax Practice Manual, Professional Services Checklist Collection, Model Agreements, Resolutions and Contents, The Family Trust Guide, The Personal Tax Planner Guide, Tax Planning Using Family Trusts and The Canadian Guide to Wealth Preservation and Accumulation. Brian is a past lecturer and co-ordinator of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course and the Wealth Preservation and Accumulation for Canadians tax course. Brian also has a mediation certification and participates in co-mediation with estate litigator, Kimberly Whaley, of Whaley Estate Litigation, restricting their mediations to resolution of conflicts in estate disputes.
