Marc Belaiche, CA Marc Belaiche has been in the recruitment industry since 1995 as President of TorontoJobs.ca, an Internet recruitment and staffing company specializing in helping companies find candidates in the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to his current role, Marc held positions as a Recruiting Manager in the staffing industry as well as accounting and auditing roles at both KPMG and Prudential Insurance.
