Orlee Wertheim is Head of the Global Mining Business Development team with Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. She is responsible for the development and execution of the Exchanges global strategy for attracting new listings in the mining sector.

Ms. Wertheim joined the Business Development team from TSX's Listed Issuer Services department, where her responsibilities included assisting companies through the listing application process and working with issuers listed on the TSX to structure transactions and to ensure compliance with TSX rules.

Prior to TSX, Ms. Wertheim worked as a corporate lawyer, where she acted for both domestic and international public companies.

Ms. Wertheim completed her law degree at University of Ottawa and is admitted to the Ontario Bar.

Mike Pickersgill is a partner in Torys' Mining and Metals Practice. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mike also advises companies in connection with continuous disclosure and stock exchange matters. His recent representations in the mining sector include Newcrest Mining in its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Sherritt International Corporation in connection with its $500 million bond offering.

Don has over 23 years of experience servicing listed companies.

Don has significant experience with public reporting enterprises in the mining industry, as well as five initial public offerings and numerous debt offerings.

Has advised on accounting and reporting matters related to cross-border acquisitions and complex tax structures.

Significant experience with matters related to financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP, internal control certification and other business process related matters.

Joe Racanelli is head of TMX Equicom's Mining Group. He provides strategic capital markets counsel to public companies at various stages of development, bringing together more than 15 years of corporate communications, marketing, and investor relations experience. Joe helps clients build profile, address financing requirements and achieve fair market valuation through his financial communications expertise, deep contacts within the investment community and a strong understanding of disclosure requirements. Prior to joining TMX Equicom in 2008, Joe worked with a number of technology and strategic consulting firms. He is a graduate of Concordia, as well as the University of Toronto.

Gavin Ezekowitz is currently Managing Director at Equity Capital Markets Canada, for RBC Capital Markets.

He is primarily responsible for managing the mining industry sector. Gavin Ezekowitz joined RBC in 1997 and has been Managing Director and Co - Head of Canadian Equity Sales and Trading. He is a member of the Operating Committee of the Global Equity Team.

He holds a BA, honors from the University of Alberta. Gavin is a member of the Board of Directors of The Learning Partnership.
