Jean A. Kimpton, CMA, MBA, is a controller at the department of innovation and advanced learning for the province of Prince Edward Island. With over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sector, she brings extensive management, accounting and strategic leadership to her department. As controller, Jean is responsible for the financial management of over $150 million budget and she acts as a senior representative of the department providing advice and guidance in relation to financial and strategic matters. Jean holds a CMA designation as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Prince Edward Island and is actively involved in both organizations.

Todd Scaletta is the Vice-President of Research and Innovation for CMA Canada, Todd leads the conceptualization, formulation, and distribution of all CMA research products. He has 30 years of management accounting experience in various sectors including not-for-profit, technology, education, financial services, and construction. Todd represents CMA Canada on the Prince of Wales’ Accounting for Sustainability Forum, International Federation of Accountants Committee (IFAC)’s Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB), and the Consortium for Advanced Management – International (CAM-I).
