Mr Awde received his BA in Economics & Finance from Acadia University and is a former Sales & Trading professional at a CDN Broker Dealer. Former Director and President of TSX-V Tier 1 gold exploration/development company BA in Economics & Finance, Former Sales and Trading professional at CDN Broker Dealer Raised over $100m for public and private companies in the resource sector.

    Former Head of Exploration for Newmont Nevada M.Sc, Senior Geologist with 35 years of experience primarily in Nevada Mr. Mathewson personally responsible for developing the Rain model and discovering several deposits in the Rain District on the Carlin trend Formed Tone Resources in 2003, which was acquired by Rob McEwen & US Gold in 2007.
