New requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) are extensive and will require action.

All organizations in Ontario with more than one employee are now required to comply with the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), which consists of three of the remaining four Standards in the Act: Information and Communications, Employment and Transportation.
