Melissa has worked in Human Resources for over 10 years. Beginning her career as a Human Resources Generalist, she worked mainly in Recruitment, working for organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, BMW Group Canada and Unilever Canada.

Over the years Melissa has developed a particular expertise in a number of areas related to diversity and inclusion. This has led to her development and distinction as a highly sought after AODA expert.

Melissa has facilitated many AODA workshops and webinars across the province, assisted small and large businesses with their AODA implementation plans, and has authored many articles on the topic of accessibility for persons with disabilities, including for the March, 2012 publication of CheckMart.
