Andrew Graham is Senior Director, Corporate Development with George Weston Limited, one of Canada’s largest publicly traded companies. His responsibilities include structuring and negotiating complex transactions. Previously, while working for Nortel, he coordinated the divestiture of multiple business units during the company's restructuring. Andrew holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in economics from The University of Edinburgh. Before completing his MBA, he worked as a strategy consultant with the Tata Group in Mumbai, India, and as a senior political aide advising on policy and communications to a number of federal cabinet ministers in Ottawa. He is a volunteer advisor in MaRS’ cleantech practice.
