Margo co-founded one of Ottawa's most successful start-up companies, Meriton Networks, and was instrumental in raising over $75M in equity financing over an eight-year period. She led one of the quickest M&A transactions that successfully closed in just over one month.

Margo also spent years in the public and non-profit sectors, where she led management negotiations with several union groups and sat on boards for non-profit organizations and sports groups. As a respected business thought leader, she is a frequent speaker at key industry events.
