Welcome to the OES Cost Recovery Implementation Education Session, Replay Presentation webcast. The webcast begins at 10:30 AM (ET) on . The webcast slides go live 15 minutes before the presentation begins.

Before the Presentation
Please take time to make sure that your computer/IT system is compatible with the webcast system. Click on "System Check" at top right of the screen as soon as possible.

Presentation slides will be posted on the Cost Recovery Implementation page of the OES website following the April 3rd webcast, or on April 4, 2013.

Please be sure to turn on your computer speakers.
If you are working on a laptop, external speakers or headphones will enhance the sound quality. You can turn up the sound of the presentation by clicking on the sound "slider" at the bottom right of the console. You will not be able to advance the slides during the presentation or before. The speaker will move the slides as the presentation progresses.
